Rachael Grattan enjoys working one-on-one with her clients to simplify their financial lives and plan for the future. She loves establishing long-term relationships because she knows planning is an ongoing endeavor. “Clients appreciate that we are never really done with a financial plan,” she says. “It is ever-evolving and needs to be consistently monitored and updated as we experience life changes.”
Rachael particularly enjoys working with women executives to help them understand their financial situation, make decisions around their equity compensation and other benefits, and achieve their long-term goals.
In addition to serving her clients directly, Rachael is a member of the firm’s Financial Planning Committee. In this critical role, she helps our firm stay abreast of best practices as well as the ever-changing legislation and regulations that can affect financial planning strategies.
Before joining Team Hewins, Rachael spent five years at a South Florida advisory firm, where she provided a full range of client service and planning solutions to individuals and families. She became a CFP® professional in 2016 and joined us as an Associate Advisor in early 2018.
From 2015-2017, she served on the local FPA South Florida Board of Directors as NexGen director, coordinating networking and educational events targeted towards younger CFP® professionals.
Rachael graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Finance from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, and being outdoors.
