Socially Responsible Investing

Invest with An Impact

Sustainable, responsible and impact investing (SRI) is an investment discipline that considers environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) criteria to generate long-term competitive financial returns and positive societal and environmental impact.

Fully Customized Values-Based Portfolios

We partner with Aperio to develop custom “Values-Aligned” portfolios. These portfolios are built with your input and values in mind. These custom portfolios are designed to be tax-efficient, low-cost, and fitting to your risk profile.

SRI/ESG Mutual Funds

If you are not in need of a fully-custom SRI portfolio, but you would still like Socially Responsible Investments in your investment mix, we have access to mutual funds designed by Dimensional Fund Advisors to make impact investing easier.

Proxy Voting

Have a voice. Shareholders of a publicly traded company (i.e., you) are entitled to vote on annual proxy ballots. Issues on proxy ballots span proposals filed by individual and institutional investors (many are management or environmental issues) to voting on the boards of directors and executive compensation. We are ab le to offer proxy voting as a service to many of our clients, giving them the opportunity to have a direct say in what direction the company or companies take.

However, you want your invested assets to work for the greater good, we can help you achieve those goals.

Best in State Advisors

Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Advisors, developed by SHOOK Research, is based on an algorithm of qualitative criteria, mostly gained through telephone and in-person due diligence interviews, and quantitative data. Those advisors that are considered have a minimum of seven years’ experience, and the algorithm weights factors like revenue trends, assets under management, compliance records, industry experience and those that encompass best practices in their practices and approach to working with clients. Portfolio performance is not a criteria due to varying client objectives and lack of audited data. Neither Forbes or SHOOK receive a fee in exchange for rankings. View Patrice’s full Forbes profile here.
